Economic Bubbles

With the current state of the AI industry, there’s been a lot of speculation about whether it is or isn’t an economic bubble. I wanted to do a quick, punchy animation that highlighted some of the most famous economic bubbles in history.

I was inspired to add texture to flat graphic representations from other fast paced motion graphics videos. In this piece I incorporated different techniques, such as animated material patterns, and used geometry nodes for some elements such as the expanding railway tracks.
